Refund and cancellation policy

If the study permit is refused

If the student's study permit application is refused, you are entitled to a partial refund of the custodianship fee. Send us a copy of the refusal letter and we will confirm the refund amount.

If you cancel before the student arrives in Canada

Once the custodianship documents have been issued, the fee is not refundable. The documents are prepared and notarized for a specific student, custodian and school, and cannot be reused.

If you need to cancel before the documents have been issued, contact us as soon as possible.

If you cancel after the student has arrived in Canada

Refund requests made after the student has arrived are reviewed case by case. Tell us the reason and the date the custodianship should end, and we will reply with our decision in writing.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email sayeducanada@gmail.com with the student's name, your invoice and the reason for the request. A parent or legal guardian, or the agent who made the referral, must make the request.
